用newmark计算梁结构得到位移D、速度V、加速度A。请问对D求两阶导数得到的值除以时间步长的平方是否和A相等

不一定相等。

newmark方法计算的时序上的数据，也是数值分析的结果，计算上可能会有一些偏差。
