POSITION:                PWT mounting system senior development engineer

Replacing Position:                                                                         
1)Purpose of the position:                                                                                                                                               
Additional position for engine mount system design                                                
2)Tasks & Responsibilities:                                                                                                                                               
"a) Communicate with the customer to get the right technical information for development of powertrain mounting system /to help the customer on required inputs.
b) Involve in the system simulation. Explain/discuss the simulation report with customer.
c) Design of mounts based on the benchmark information and /or customer input.
d) Samples making, testing and fine tuning.
e) Involve in the NVH testing at component/system and vehicle level.
f) Capable of explain PWT mounting system strategy to customer"                                                                                               
3)Requirements:                                                                                                                                               
                                                                                                                                               
Education:                Bachelor degree and above                                                                                                                               
Experience:                Minimum 5 years of experience in powertrain mounting system                                                                                                                               
                                                                                                                                               
Basic skills:                "1. Be familiar with the development process of powertrain mounting system. Be familiar with the design of the mountings.
2. Be familiar with the NVH testing and analysis will be more preferred.
3. Capacity to manage the development and to communicate with the local and the foreign OEMs .
4. Knowledge of CAD/CAM software.(Catia and UG will be perfect)
5. Good skill of english in speak, read and write. "
