There are no version 2003.1015 licenses installed to satisfy this request. License File: 1700@LB-201203261221:1700@<LB-201203261221.> Please request your systems administrator to review the installation procedures for MSC.Software products on your system and/or contact your Support Representative for further assistance.”
之前安装patran也有过这种问题，真心求解！
